When you bring together a group of deeply experienced and boundary-pushing musicians, the result is rarely predictable—but almost always compelling. In the case of THERE, it’s something far more volatile: a total sonic mutation.

Comprised of Steve Mattos, Pat Crump, Josh Kemp, and Brent Frattini, the band draws from a lineage of influential underground acts including Arab on Radar, Athletic Automaton, Doomsday Student, Chinese Stars, Mahi Mahi, The Cancer Conspiracy, and Daughters.

What emerges from this convergence is a psychedelic sonic stew—fractured yet intentional, chaotic yet controlled. Their music feels less like composition and more like transformation: an exploded blender of past experiences reassembled into something entirely new.
